Deposits
When our therapist calls to confirm the session date submitted, Tranquil Waves requires a 50% deposit to hold the appointment. The deposit will then be applied to the final balance at the end of the scheduled session.
If you are running late for your session we ask that you let the therapist know as soon as possible with a phone call. The therapist will not be able to guarantee that the full time of the session booked can be provided but the therapist will make as much of an accommodation as reasonably possible.
Please see below for information regarding rescheduling an appointment or cancellations.
Rescheduling & Cancelling
Tranquil Waves Massage Modalities appreciates at minimum, 24 hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.
If the client is able to provide at least 24 hour notice for rescheduling then the deposit previously paid will be applied to the new session date. In the event of cancellation, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit if more than 24 hour notice is given.
If less than 24 hour notice is provided for a reschedule or cancellation the client forfeits the paid deposit and will be required to leave another deposit for any new booked sessions.
Tranquil Waves reserves the right to enforce services be paid in full upon booking in the case of repeated “No Shows” or last minute cancellations. Any services paid for in advance for this reason will not be refunded if client fails to show or gives less than 24 hour notice of cancellation.
